How does a support membership work?

1. Do what you can

Choose a monthly support amount that you feel comfortable with. A support membership starts at 4.00€ per month – you can also bill your donation yearly if you prefer.

2. Your Account

Once registration is complete your account on this website is created instantly. Log-in to view your payment history, update your details, download donation receipts or cancel your membership.

3. Multiple benefits

You benefit from your support in multiple ways: save episodes on our website for later listening, get discounts on our merch, enjoy early access to features and event tickets, and become part of the Discord community channel to connect with us and other dublab enthusiasts.

Why support dublab with a monthly donation?
Your support goes towards a local, community generated radio that promotes curiosity, experimentation, inclusivity, and connection. Our airwaves allow space for diverse styles, eras, genres and music cultures to co-exist, and our DJs are empowered to freely play sounds they are passionate about, making each show distinct.
What happens with the money?
All donations go toward covering our ongoing costs, such as office and studio rent, GEMA licensing fees, and ISP and server expenses. These currently add up to around €1,000 per month. The donation also gives us more certainty in our planning and helps us continuing this work.
Are my donations tax-deductible, and do you provide receipts?
Yes. We provide receipts and all donations to us are fully tax deductible. dublab DE is part of the Come Together Projekt e.V., a registered non-profit organisation from Cologne. Once you made a donation we will email you a link to download your receipt in PDF format. If you are a member you can also access all donation receipts in PDF format through your account on this website.
Where do I find my account?
You can access your account at anytime via our main menu or directly at dublab.de/account. Please keep in mind that an account on this website is only provided for dublab supporters after successful registration. If you signed up for a membership and experience technical difficulties related to your account please get in touch via info@dublab.de and we will sort this out straight away.
