As always we keep celebrating the music, the people and the places our art comes from. This Jazzkonferenz edition puts a focus on the notion of the melting pot as an incubator for creativity. From the original heads in the so called “Jazz”-tradition, to the places we inhabit. What do we need from our community, and what do we contribute? What choices do we have? What and how much can be invested, what fruits to reap? What does all this have to do with Kiwis, Baby Sommer, Powerplay and/or ZZ Top?
